Safety measures for shaft lifting of metro station project as a means of transportation for lifting materials and muck during construction, the shaft lifting frame is the most important construction machinery for concealed excavation construction. Attention must be paid to the safe operation of the lifting frame and electric hoist

(1) the electric hoist driver must be formally trained and pass the examination before operating alone with an operation certificate. It is strictly prohibited to operate without a certificate. Implement the mechanism of chief and deputy directors, and set posts and personnel. Cross post operation is strictly prohibited. It is strictly prohibited to drive after drinking. You should concentrate during work. You are not allowed to eat snacks, smoke, read books, read newspapers and other things unrelated to your job. It is strictly prohibited to work with fatigue and diseases, and the daily working hours shall not exceed 8 hours

(2) before operation, the mechanical part, electrical part and all safety devices of the electric hoist shall be checked. The steel decomposition temperature is 443 degrees. The wire rope, hook and limiter shall be intact, the electrical part shall be free of leakage, and the grounding device shall be intact. Confirm that the electric hoist is sensitive and reliable before operation. Check and maintain regularly and make records to ensure safe operation

(3) when lifting heavy objects for the first time, stop at 100mm away from the ground, check the braking condition of the electric hoist, and start formal operation after confirming that it is in good condition. Avoid collision when lifting objects. When the electric hoist hoists the heavy objects, the height of the heavy objects from the ground should not exceed 1.5m. Do not hang heavy objects in the air during work interval

(4) the lifting operation must be conducted in the presence of the commander. Before starting or action switching, the bell must be pressed, the orders must be standardized and the communication must be clear. If the command signal is found to be unclear, the operation shall be stopped. The operation can be carried out only after the situation is inquired. Have the right to refuse to operate if the commander's command is found to be wrong, which will cause an accident

(5) the cab must be locked when there is no one in the cab. It is strictly prohibited for other personnel to enter during operation, and it is strictly prohibited for non post personnel to operate. When the driver rests or stops work, the hook and bucket shall be placed at the designated safe position. After the operation, it shall be parked at the designated position, the hook shall be raised, the power shall be cut off, and the switch box shall be locked

(6) the driver entering the cab must lock the door of the cab. In case of any abnormal phenomenon or abnormal sound during the operation, the operation shall be stopped immediately and reported to the relevant leaders according to the reporting procedure. It is strictly prohibited to operate with the disease. The operation can be continued only after the fault is checked and eliminated. In case of sudden power failure or other faults that make the bucket unable to be put down, the definition of food contact materials and products (hereinafter referred to as food contact materials) in GB 4806.1 (2) 016 is that under normal conditions of use, the electric switch shall be pulled down first, and the no passage sign shall be quickly hung next to the bucket, a safety isolation area shall be set up, and the operation or repair shall be resumed after reporting to the leader

(7) the driver shall regularly check the firmness of the steel wire rope and other transmission parts and connecting parts, and shall timely report for replacement and repair in case of excessive broken wire of the steel wire rope and loose mechanical connecting parts. When the number of broken wires in a pitch reaches or exceeds the number in Table 3, the wire rope shall be scrapped. When the diameter of the wire rope is significantly reduced due to corrosion or wear on the surface of the wire rope, the scrapping standard in Table 3 shall be reduced according to table 4, and the wire rope shall be scrapped according to the number of broken wires after reduction

(8) sufficient lighting shall be provided for night operation

(9) shift handover system: every 8 hours, the driver must fill in the equipment operation status form when shifting, first confirm whether the fault of the previous shift has been eliminated, and carry out routine inspection and maintenance before starting the operation

(10) strictly abide by the ten no lifting requirements:

① no lifting for overload and inclined lifting

② do not lift the crane without special command or unclear command signal

③ do not lift if the safety device and mechanical equipment are abnormal or faulty

④ people standing in the bucket or consumers constantly affect the consumer market. Do not lift the bulk goods when they are too full

⑤ the bucket can not be hung firmly or diagonally

⑥ no hoisting is allowed under the bucket and in the falling danger area

⑦ the edge of the object to be lifted is sharp, and lifting is not allowed without protective measures

⑧ when the slender object enters the experimental state, it will not be hoisted at a single point or if the binding is not firm

⑨ do not lift if the light is dark and the lifting object cannot be seen clearly

⑩ objects buried underground shall not be hoisted

(11) repair welding of hook is strictly prohibited. When there are cracks and breaks on the surface, the wear of the hanging rope exceeds 10%, the wear of the hook bushing exceeds 50% of the original thickness, and the wear of the pin exceeds 3 ~ 5% of the diameter. Should be replaced

(12) when the brake drum of the brake is worn to 1.5 ~ 2.0mm, it shall be replaced. The brake belt shall be replaced when it is worn more than 50% of the original thickness

(13) in case of abnormal conditions such as peculiar smell and high temperature during operation of electric hoist, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue to use it after troubleshooting

(14) it is not allowed to rise and fall rapidly and press the switch frequently during lifting. During lifting, when the heavy object falls out of control due to failure, emergency measures must be taken to lower the heavy object to an unattended place

(15) when the electric hoist is braked under the rated load, the sliding displacement shall not be greater than 80mm, otherwise it shall be repaired

(16) when lifting heavy objects, drive slowly, and do not suddenly change speed or reverse during driving

(17) when walking, the driving wheels on both sides should be synchronized. In case of deviation, the operation should be stopped and can be continued after adjustment

(18) when the deflection of gantry girder exceeds the specified value, it must be repaired before use

(19) fault handling procedure

a. general fault

general fault handling procedure is shown in figure 7

b. sudden fault

shall be handled immediately according to relevant measures in the operating procedures, so as to ensure personnel safety as the first choice. After emergency treatment, stop the machine immediately and report according to the procedure, and then resume the operation after treatment

(20) during winter construction, attention shall be paid to anti freezing and anti-skid, snow and frost shall be removed in time, transmission fasteners shall be checked, and operation shall be carried out immediately after each shift is confirmed to be normal
