16 inspection and acceptance of supports

after the support is erected, the deputy manager in charge of production, the technical director, the full-time safety officer, the quality inspection engineer and the foreman of the project department shall conduct joint inspection and acceptance. In case of any problem found in the acceptance, the person in charge of the site shall be instructed to rectify within a time limit. After the rectification is completed, the acceptance team shall organize re inspection until it meets the requirements

18 erection and removal of supports

3. the step distance, longitudinal distance, transverse distance and the verticality of the pole shall be corrected in time after each layer of the support is erected

4. the support shall be equipped with longitudinal and transverse sweeping rods. The longitudinal sweeping rods shall be fixed on the vertical rods not more than 200mm away from the upper surface of the base with right angle fasteners, and the transverse sweeping rods shall be fixed on the vertical rods close to the lower part of the longitudinal sweeping rods with a dynamic control accuracy of 2% due to the fatigue test of parts

5. in order to increase the stability of the support, a longitudinal and transverse diagonal bar shall be set every 6 spans of the support. The included angle between the diagonal bar and the ground shall be 45 ~ 60, and the bottom of the diagonal bar shall support the ground. Cross bridging shall be set at the outer side of the support along the full height, and each bridging shall be connected with 5 ~ 7 vertical poles

6. the support upright shall be set vertically, the vertical allowable deviation of 2m height shall be 15 mm, and the base or base plate shall be set at the bottom of each upright. In addition to the top step of the top layer for pole extension, the joints of other layers and steps must be connected with butt fasteners

7. the screw thread of the adjustable bracket at the bottom and top of the support upright shall not be screwed out too high. When its extension length exceeds 300mm, reliable measures shall be taken to fix it

8. the bolt tightening torque of steel pipe fastener shall not be less than 40n • m and not more than 65 n • m, and the opening of butt fastener shall face upward or inward; The length of the end of each rod protruding from the edge of the fastener cover plate shall not be less than 100mm

9. safety technical disclosure shall be carried out for support removal. During removal, a safety zone shall be marked, warning signs shall be set, and special personnel shall be assigned to take care of it. The sundries and ground obstacles on the support shall be removed before removal

10. the support must be removed layer by layer from top to bottom. It is strictly forbidden to work up and down at the same time. It is forbidden to remove the support layer by layer in the order of first horizontal bar and then vertical bar. It is forbidden to throw it. The removed components and fittings should be inspected, repaired and maintained in time, and stored in piles at any time according to the type and specification
