Safety measures for mine ventilation restoration, gas removal and power transmission

⑶ when the gas or carbon dioxide concentration in the wind stop area exceeds 3%, the tile inspector must report to the leader in charge. The mine shall formulate safety measures for gas discharge according to the actual situation on site, and assign professional personnel to discharge

6. Safety measures for gas discharge

⑴ when local gas accumulation with a volume of more than 0.5 cubic meters and a concentration of 2% occurs in the mining face and other roadways, the gas inspector shall deal with it immediately. The gas accumulation that cannot be handled immediately shall be reported to the leader in charge of the mine. The leader in charge shall put forward gas discharge measures and designate a special person to discharge. The operation must be stopped within 20m around, the personnel shall be evacuated and the power supply shall be cut off

⑵ when the roadway gas in the enclosed area is discharged, the mine shall put forward special safety measures for gas discharge. After being reviewed and approved by the technical director of the mine, the leader in charge of the mine shall command on the spot, and the mine rescue team shall assist in discharging the vanadium battery cost by 1019.27 yuan/kwh

⑶ when discharging gas, the gas concentration in the discharged air flow shall not exceed 2%; The gas depth after mixing the exhaust air flow with the full air pressure air flow shall not exceed 1.5%. Before gas discharge, the power supply must be cut off, the personnel must be evacuated and the warning must be set up in the area where the gas discharge flows

⑷ the principle of low concentration gas discharge shall be adhered to. The air must be returned after the advanced air, and the air duct shall be added section by section from the outside to the inside, or other means shall be used to control the gas concentration in the air flow
